The cycle
Research → Decide → Execute → Learn, every month.
STRATEGA is an operating system, not a report generator. The same loop runs every cycle and gets sharper as your data accumulates.
- 01
Onboarding
You describe the company: identity, markets, offer, audience, goals, channels, tools, competitors, brand voice and forbidden claims, plus any KPI baselines you already track. Unknown stays unknown — we never fill gaps with guesses. Progress autosaves so you can resume.
- 02
Research
We collect market and competitor signals from public, dated sources. Each statement is classified as verified fact, inference or recommendation. Competitor gaps come only from observable public evidence — never invented internals.
- 03
The monthly report
A structured report, not a text blob: executive priorities, opportunities, execution packs, experiments, KPIs and decision rules. Published versions are immutable — a correction creates a new version with a changelog.
- 04
Execution
Each recommendation becomes an Execution Item with the exact tool, a copy-paste prompt with explicit variables, step-by-step instructions, the expected output, the KPI it moves and a decision rule for when to stop or scale.
- 05
Measure
Experiments record a hypothesis, the metric and the decision rule up front. KPI snapshots are stored per cycle. Results are only ever what you report — we never generate performance numbers.
- 06
Feedback loop
At month end you log what improved, what failed, the best result and the biggest challenge. The next cycle consumes that feedback, prior KPI snapshots, previous experiments and fresh research. If no feedback arrives, the next report explicitly treats results as unknown.
