This document is a working draft written to describe how STRATEGA operates. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet binding.
The service
STRATEGA provides research, structured recommendations and execution materials on a monthly cycle. The scope of what is included depends on the plan on your subscription.
No guaranteed results
STRATEGA does not guarantee revenue, traffic, ranking or conversion outcomes. Recommendations are professional suggestions based on available evidence; execution, judgement and results remain with your company.
Subscriptions and billing
Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Subscription state is determined by verified events from the payment provider. One-time engagements are quoted and invoiced separately.
Acceptable use
You may use generated prompts, copy and code assets for your own business. You may not resell the STRATEGA product itself or use it to produce unlawful, deceptive or infringing material.
Code assets
Code supplied in execution packs carries an explicit status: draft, validated, tested, or manual review required. Anything account-specific must be reviewed and tested in your own environment before production use.
Data and confidentiality
Your company data is used to operate your workspace and produce your reports. It is not shared with other customers.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect.
